Fitness Together South End

Hey guys!  Hope all is well.  Just wanted to say "thanks" for awesome training sessions, everyone is noticing a difference.  One other positive note, I no longer need to use my asthma medication before our sessions, or during my cardio days!!

Believe it or not, coming in to train has become the highlight of my week (that might be a good thing or a sad thing depending on how you look at it hehe). You guys rock!!
