    Billy Ellifrits

    After training two years at the Matthews studio, Billy is the owner of the Plaza Midwood location. Billy is an excellent trainer. He cares about his clients and it shows in every training session. He is fully engaged in the session and is mindful of the client's goals and ambitions. Billy differentiates himself through his energy and sense of humor. He knows that there are times when he has to be the energy for his client. Sometimes, when the training is difficult or the client's mood is not the best, he realizes that the difference between an average work-out and a great work-out is the trainer's energy not the trainee's energy. Billy is an experienced fitness professional who has augmented his knowledge through higher education and the United States Marine Corps. He continues to learn and enhance his knowledge through research and experience. The combination of Fitness Together, its programs and commitment to quality, and Billy's commitment to personal training, provide a great experience.

  • Marquia Price Fullsize

    Marquia Price

    Marquia comes to Fitness Together from her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. She brings with her a BS in Exercise Science and Athletics along with 3 years of health and fitness experience. As a former athlete and fitness coach she enjoys and looks forward to communicating with a diverse population, with concerns about their health related to physical activity and nutritional habits. Her energetic personality and great sense of humor generates a tough, yet enjoyable workout. She has creative ways of engaging her clients through fun innovative exercises, keeping them motivated through every session. Marquia appreciates the knowledge she has gathered over the years and has a great passion for conveying information to others, as she guides them to a healthy lifestyle. She continues to spend quality time, outside of training, researching the significance of exercise technique in relation to meeting goals. She values working together with her clients to tackle their weaknesses, build on their strengths, and most importantly get results.

  • Ciara Koester Fullsize

    Ciara Koester

    Ciara joined the Fitness Together team in January 2008. She believes people are capable of accomplishing much more than they think they can both physically and mentally. She enjoys helping clients to achieve that next level through pushing, motivation, challenges and encouragement. Ciara takes a personal interest in each client and believes that every one deserves her undivided attention. She loves to invest time and energy into the lives of her clients both in and out of the studio to help them find success and reach their goals. In addition to Ciara’s current background of collegiate sports and athletic training, she is also continuously researching new ways to make each session more fun, enjoyable and interesting. Originally from Maryland, Ciara moved to North Carolina and attended Queens University of Charlotte. She graduated in 2006 and earned her Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ciara loves working out, playing volleyball, backpacking and rock climbing…anything which exerts energy and requires you to continuously perform at a higher level.

  • Jodi Meier Fullsize

    Jodi Meier

    Jodi has been a personal trainer for ten years, and has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. He graduated from East Carolina University in 1999 with a B.S. in Health and Fitness. In 2003, he completed a lifetime certification through the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association. Originally from New Jersey, he moved to the south with a love for sports and thoroughly enjoys teaching others the benefits of challenging the body. He has an extensive background playing and coaching soccer, volleyball, and various other sports that have taught him the value of a team. He believes Fitness Together is a unique team dedicated to getting results which can be applied to all aspects of life. Jodi brings a philosophy for long term commitment to a healthy lifestyle and unlocking every client’s potential.

    David McNaught

    Dave joined the Fitness Together team in May of 2009 and is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He has more than 20 years of experience in weight training and proper nutrition regimens. Dave is very committed and does everything he can to help a client achieve their health and fitness goals. One of his favorite parts to this job is showing people that they can do way more than they ever thought possible. Dave has the amazing ability to push a client way past the point where they thought they could do no more and prove to them that, “yes you can!” Dave is certified through ACE but also uses a lot of his personal experience to add to a training session. He has extensive background in boxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, judo and is also a 2nd degree black belt. He is always ready for more. Are you?

    Sarah Perry

    Sarah Perry comes to Fitness Together from Portland, Maine. She studied in London, England for 3 years where she obtained her degree in Psychology and also has her fitness certification though ISSA. Sarah’s background involves weight training, skiing, lacrosse, and track – all of which she continues to practice today. She also keeps active at home with her husband, 10 year old boy and a 1 year old girl. Sarah is a dedicated fitness enthusiast with a passion for teaching people proper workout techniques and healthy eating habits. Sarah loves to learn new workouts and then try them on her clients! If you’re looking for a new challenge to spice up your workout routine, Sarah is the trainer for you :)
