    Billy Ellifrits

    After training two years at the Matthews studio, Billy is the owner of the Plaza Midwood location. Billy is an excellent trainer and human being. He cares about his clients and shows in every training session. He is fully engaged in the session and is mindful of the client's goals and ambitions. Billy differentiates himself through his energy and sense of humor. He knows that there are times when he has to be the energy for his client. Sometimes, when the training is difficult or the client's mood is not the best, he realizes that the difference between an average work-out and a great work-out is the trainer's energy not the trainee's energy. Billy is an experienced fitness professional who has augmented his knowledge through higher education and the United States Marine Corps. He continues to learn and enhance his knowledge through research and experience. The combination of Fitness Together, its programs and commitment to quality, and Billy's commitment to personal training, provide a great experience.

  • Adam Law Fullsize

    Adam Law

    Adam comes to Fitness Together from his home state of Michigan. He brings with him an American Council on Exercise certification, and is currently studying kinesiology. He began his career as a trainer in Michigan where he specialized in sports specific training. He worked with young teens become more in tune with their athleticism. On top of the training Adam also spent 3 years coaching for a youth football program. He is very creative with his workouts, and feels that keeping the trainee guessing is key to a fun, successful session. Adam carries a deep passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. He feels both aspects should be made a priority in everyday life. His ability to connect and become personal with his clients makes him very enjoyable to work with. It is important to him that the client feels comfortable, and free to be themselves. Adam feels the passion and determination to help clients achieve their personal goals keeps each client coming back for more. His presence in the studio definitely brings a fun humor and relaxed energy to each and every session.

  • Arielle Korczykowski Fullsize

    Arielle Korczykowski

    Arielle comes to the Fitness Together Plaza Midwood from University at Buffalo from which she received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology and pre-med studies. She brings several years of experience working with all walks of life. As the MVP and captain of her division I soccer team, she knows what it takes to achieve results and consistency. “Having the opportunity to change lives and show others what they can achieve with a little hard work and consistency is incredible.” While Arielle received her certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, she attributes her knowledge and skill to her experience with working with so many different populations. You can always count on a fun and exciting, yet challenging workout. “Training is much different than going through the motions at a fitness center. As trainers, we can take you to a level you wouldn’t have pushed yourself to.” She has a great passion for wellness and nutrition and loves to have clients pick her brain about any new nutrition tips and ideas.

    Carl Zaccardelli

    Carl is able to find the underlying goals and motivations of his clients and set them on the right path toward success. He believes personal training is about the bond between the trainer and client and the client's specific physical, mental, and psychological needs. Carl understands that health and fitness go beyond time spent in the training studio and strives to improve the well-being of his clients in their everyday life as well. He has years of experience in weight management, nutrition, kinesiology, and body mechanics and helps clients on their path toward the lifestyle they desire through specified training based on their individual characteristics. Carl furthers his knowledge through research and experience, applying the latest advances in physical fitness and nutrition through his certified membership in the American College of Sports Medicine.

  • Ciara Koester Fullsize

    Ciara Koester

    Ciara joined the Fitness Together team in January 2008. She believes people are capable of accomplishing much more than they think they can both physically and mentally. She enjoys helping clients to achieve that next level through pushing, motivation, challenges and encouragement. Ciara takes a personal interest in each client and believes that every one deserves her undivided attention. She loves to invest time and energy into the lives of her clients both in and out of the studio to help them find success and reach their goals. In addition to Ciara’s current background of collegiate sports and athletic training, she is also continuously researching new ways to make each session more fun, enjoyable and interesting. Originally from Maryland, Ciara moved to North Carolina and attended Queens University of Charlotte. She graduated in 2006 and earned her Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ciara loves working out, playing volleyball, backpacking and rock climbing…anything which exerts energy and requires you to continuously perform at a higher level.
