Fitness Together of Mooresville opened in 2007.  The staff at every Fitness Together strive each and every day to help all clients reach their health and fitness goals.  The studio is located in the Mount Mourne Springs Shopping Center (directly off of Exit 33 on Highway 77).

    Bryan Wisdom

    Bryan Wisdom – Bryan is the owner of Fitness Together in Mooresville. Bryan came from the Plaza Midwood studio where he helped Billy create a very successful training environment. Bryan has over ten years of experience in the health and fitness industry. “I’m most excited about how well my staff and I implement functional training into each and every workout.” He received his B.S. in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and his Masters in Education from Loyola Marymount University. Bryan spent nearly five years training clients in biomechanics at the Egoscue Method exercise therapy company in San Diego. He was certified by the NSCA and has worked with professional football players, basketball players, and golfers. He has assisted clients with postural and biomechanical issues and uses exercise to restore the body to proper function. “For me training is about getting to know my clients, and finding the best way to help them attain their goals.”

  • Sophie Pratola Fullsize

    Sophie Pratola

    Sophie has been involved in gymnastics most of her life, and her passion for the sport has allowed her to coach for over seven years. She has a BS in Food Science from the University of Maryland, but realized her true calling was in the fitness industry. She went back to school and received her BS in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte in 2006. She is a certified Health Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine. For the last five years she has developed multiple strength training programs for her athletes, and has been drawn to personal training. This has led her path into training adult clients. She enjoys working with the youth population as much as the adult population. She truly enjoys seeing her clients meet their fitness goals.
