Fitness Together was pleased to host the casting call for Season 7 of NBC's hit The Biggest Loser on Saturday, July 19th. The casting directors were extremely impressed with the turnout (2nd largest in the country).  "We met a lot of really great people" said Fitness Together - Waxhaw owner Lenny Turi, adding "It was our hope that everyone would mark this day as a turning point in their life, even if they didn't make it on the show."

     Contestants began lining up as early as Friday night.  The first auditions began around 10:30 am and the directors didn't see an end until 8:30 pm Saturday night.  "The energy was great!  Despite the long wait, everyone was having a great time.  There was music, and cheering and all sorts of crazy stuff" said William Ellifrits, owner of Fitness Together - Plaza Midwood.
