The Saturday Morning Workout welcomed Richard Simmons to the show on Saturday, June 14th (to listen to the show, just follow the podcast links on the home page). Richard was his usual no-holds barred bundle of positivity, and broke into song several times - you just gotta love this guy.
The Third Annual Waxhaw Town and Country Run will be held on Friday, April 25 at 7 p.m. in downtown Waxhaw. This will be another great event for serious runners & fitness walkers. It’s a 5K run with computer chip timing and a 1/2 mile Fun Run. Non-competitive runners/walkers & baby joggers are welcome.
