The training approach at Fitness Together is second to none. Each client is thoroughly evaluated and their program is customized to address their individual needs and goals. We consider past and present medical conditions, age, gender, goals, posture, muscle imbalances, level of experience, access to equipment and much more. No two programs are alike.
We have successfully worked with young and old clients, beginners and experts, and everyone in between. In addition to helping you achieve specific goals, we ensure that all of our programs contain all of the essential aspects of exercise that we feel are necessary to achieve optimal health and wellness. Some of these approaches include functional strength, muscle balancing and return of congruent joint motion, core strength, cardiovascular efficiency, special considerations for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and postural and overuse habits.
For most clients, goals almost always include increasing or decreasing something. Listed below are some common goals:
Increase Decrease
Flexibility Back and Joint Pain
Tone Weight
Functional Strength Clothes Size
Core Strength Stress
Muscle Mass Body Fat
